DD Meeting Prep

Claude for Financial Services — Private Equity

DD Meeting Prep

Paste the CIM extract, financials and your notes on the target, and say who you are meeting. Get back a meeting plan: must-ask questions, questions by workstream, what each answer would change in your thesis, the red flags to probe and the data requests to send. Grounded in your materials, gaps labelled. Trilingual.

What the Agent Produces

Eight structured sections for a 60 to 90 minute session, with 15 to 20 questions at most, open-ended and neutral, every discrepancy pointed back to the material it came from.

Objectives & Logistics Who, meeting type, duration and the three things you must learn.
Must-Ask Questions The starred questions, tagged by workstream, ending with “What haven’t we asked about that we should?”.
Questions by Workstream Commercial, financial, operational, legal and people, adapted to management, expert, customer, advisor or site meetings.
What Each Answer Changes For each must-ask, what a strong or weak answer would do to valuation, structure, conditions or go/no-go.
Data Points & Discrepancies Figures and gaps from your own materials worth confirming, with where they come from.
Red Flags to Probe Areas to dig into, phrased as neutral questions, never as findings.
Data Requests What to send before the meeting and what to request after, with P1/P2/P3 priority.
Notes & Close Note-taking prompts and follow-up owners.

DD Meeting Prep

Tell us who you are meeting and paste what you know about the target: CIM extract, financials, notes from earlier meetings. The agent drafts the plan from your materials only; anything not grounded in them is labelled an assumption to confirm.

Draft for review by the deal team. Not investment, legal or tax advice. Do not enter material non-public information. Figures stay in the currency you provide; nothing is converted or estimated.

How It Works

DD Meeting Prep is ibizai’s implementation of the Anthropic Claude for Financial Services private equity diligence meeting prep skill, adapted for Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian deals: figures stay in the currency you provide, informal-economy exposure, FX and inflation effects, founder and family-group dependence and the local reporting cycle are probed rather than assumed. Output in English, Spanish and French.

You bring the materials: a CIM extract, financials, notes from earlier meetings, your thesis. The agent drafts the plan with the model you choose at a low temperature. It never supplies market data you did not give it; whatever is not in your materials is labelled an assumption to confirm.

Works with the Due Diligence Checklist. This agent prepares one conversation. For the full workstream-by-workstream request list for the deal, use the Due Diligence Checklist agent, then bring its open P1 items to the meeting.

Important: All output is a draft for review by the deal team. Every data point must be confirmed against the source documents. Do not use this tool with material non-public information. Nothing produced here constitutes investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice.
