The idea in one line

Before, it took a whole team. Today, with your phone and a free AI, your trade reaches further. We call that the great leveling. Your talent, reaching further.

The idea that opens the door

AI doesn't replace your talent. It takes it further.

AI is like an assistant that knows a little about everything, that never gets tired and is available at any hour —at 11 at night or at 5 in the morning—. It helps you write, set prices, reply and get organized.

But the special touch, the taste and the way you treat your customer are yours. What makes you different makes you better.

What participants take away

By the end of the workshop, each participant will be able to:

  • 1 Understand AI without fear — what it is, what it is good for in your trade, and why it is within your reach.
  • 2 Ask AI well — give it context (who you are, who it is for, what you want, what you are like), give examples and converse.
  • 3 Produce something useful today — a professional profile, a WhatsApp catalog, a fair price, a post or replies for customers.
  • 4 Use it with care — verify (you are in charge), protect private data and keep your voice.
  • 5 Keep learning for free — with the Economic Inclusion programs of aiLearning.global from your phone.

How the workshop runs

2 hours, hands-on and interactive · in plain language.

Welcome
You are already entrepreneurs: you already have a trade people pay for. That is the hard part, and you already have it.
The great leveling
Before, it took a team (designer, copywriter, accountant, someone to reply). Today, with a phone and a free AI, one person competes on quality with big businesses.
Your trade + AI
Real examples by trade: baking and bread-making, beauty, sewing, elderly care and sales. All from your phone, in plain language.
The secret
AI is only as good as what you tell it. Give it context (4 things), give it an example, converse and ask it to question you.
Hands on
Five things to start today: your profile, your WhatsApp catalog, fair prices, social posts and replies to customers.
Cautions
AI makes mistakes (you are in charge), protect your customers’ private data and don’t lose your voice. What makes you different makes you better.
Closing
This is just the beginning: keep learning for free, in plain language, from your phone, with Economic Inclusion by aiLearning.global.

The secret: ask AI well

AI gives you a good or a weak answer depending on how you ask. The golden rule: AI is only as good as what you tell it.

1 · Who you are

"I'm a baker in San Cristóbal, I make cakes to order."

2 · Who it's for

"I'm writing for moms looking for a birthday cake."

3 · What you want

"A WhatsApp post that sells my tres leches."

4 · What you're like

"Warm, friendly local tone, nothing stiff."

Three more tricks

Give it an example of yours ("this is how I write…, make me three like it"). · Converse, don't settle for the first: "shorter," "in a warm, friendly local tone," "add an emoji." · Ask it to question you before answering — that way it helps you think and it comes out much better.

5 things you can do today

So you leave with something in hand —not an abstract diploma— that you use tomorrow.

Your professional profile

Who you are and what you do, that builds trust. For WhatsApp, social media, finding customers or a job.

Your WhatsApp catalog

Your products or services with photo, description and price, ready to send.

Fair prices

Have it help you calculate how much to charge to cover your costs and earn, without giving your work away.

Social media posts

Text for Instagram, Facebook or the WhatsApp status, so more customers see you.

Replies to your customers

Friendly, quick messages to serve, quote and follow up.

All from your phone

Free, in plain language, no expensive software or computer know-how. If you send a WhatsApp, you can use AI.

Three cautions

With much care, before we close.

AI makes mistakes

It can invent a fact or a price. You're in charge: read and correct. AI is the helper; you're the boss.

Protect private data

Don't put sensitive customer information —ID numbers, accounts, private things— into a public AI.

Don't lose your voice

Your special touch, your style, your way with people. If everyone uses it the same way, everyone sounds the same. What makes you different makes you better.

This is just the beginning

What we saw today is just the door. At aiLearning.global —our Smoother Experiences platform— there are free programs in plain language, made for you, in the Economic Inclusion area: "My Business on WhatsApp with AI," "My First Professional Profile with AI" and more. They install on your phone and work with little data.

AI for Your Professional Growth — Takeaway

Workshop · Supérate × KOICA × Smoother Experiences (aiLearning.global · CEMI) One page. Keep it handy and copy the prompts when you use AI in your business. Swap what’s in [brackets] for your own.

Start in 3 steps

  1. Download ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, free (or chatgpt.com / gemini.google.com / claude.ai). No card required.
  2. Where it says “Type a message,” talk to it just like a WhatsApp.
  3. Read, and if you didn’t like it, tell it what to change. You’re already using AI.

The secret: give it context (4 things)

1) Who you are · 2) Who it’s for · 3) What you want · 4) What you’re like. E.g.: “I’m a baker in San Cristóbal, I make tres leches to order. For moms looking for a birthday cake. I want a WhatsApp post that sells it. Warm, friendly local tone.” Three tricks: give it an example of yours · say “shorter / in a warm, friendly local tone / add an emoji” · ask it for several options (“give me 3 and I’ll choose”).

The other secret: “Before you answer, ask me the questions you need to give me the best answer, made to my measure.” (AI stops guessing and personalizes.)

Metaprompts (prompts that write prompts): “Help me write the best prompt to achieve [what I want]; ask me questions and when it’s ready, run it.” Converse until it’s fine-tuned and tell it “now, do it.”

Prompts to copy (swap the [brackets])

  • Baking / Bread-making: “I’m a baker in [your town] and I make [tres leches] to order. Write me 3 short, tasty WhatsApp status posts that sell it for a birthday. In a warm, friendly local tone, with 1 emoji.”
  • Fair prices: “Help me price [a cake for 8 servings]. My costs: [ingredients RD$__, gas, my time]. I want to earn well without being expensive for my area. Explain it to me in simple steps.”
  • Beauty: “I’m a stylist; I do manicures and pedicures. Write me a friendly message to confirm an appointment and a ‘2-for-1 manicure’ promo for this week.”
  • Sewing: “A client wants a dress and lives far away. Explain to her step by step, easily, how to measure her bust, waist and hips with a tape measure. In a warm, friendly local tone.”
  • Elderly care: “Write me a profile for caring for older adults. I have [3 years] of experience and I know how to […]. Make it inspire the family’s trust. Short, for WhatsApp.”
  • Sales: “Write me a description that sells this [handbag: color, material, price]. And 3 friendly replies for when they say ‘it’s too expensive,’ without sounding pushy.”
  • Your WhatsApp catalog: “Build my catalog: a list with a name, a mouth-watering line and a price, 1 emoji per product. Here they are: […].”

Three cautions

  1. AI is sometimes wrong — you’re in charge: read and correct.
  2. Protect private data — don’t put customers’ ID numbers or accounts into a public AI.
  3. Don’t lose your voice — your special touch, your style, your way with people. What makes you different makes you better.

Keep learning for free — for your trade there’s already a program

aiLearning.global → Economic Inclusion: My Business on WhatsApp with AI · Stylist, Barber and Manicurist with AI · Seamstress and Tailor with AI · Professional Caregiver with AI · Basic Finance and Fair Pricing with AI · My First Résumé with AI.

Tools (free, from your phone): ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude · WhatsApp. Social impact program of Smoother Experiences · CEMI, with Supérate and KOICA. You already have the talent. AI just makes it reach further.

Playbook — more prompts to grow (page 2)

They’re all starting points: improve them and converse with the AI to fine-tune them.

Sell more

  • Flyer: “Write me the text for a flyer for [my product]: an eye-catching headline, 3 reasons to buy from me, my contact [phone] and a closing that invites. And describe an image for the flyer.”
  • Promo: “Create me a promo for this week: a catchy name, what’s included, price and until when. For the WhatsApp status.”
  • 5 posts: “Write me 5 posts for Instagram/Facebook that sell [my product]: hook, benefit and a call to WhatsApp. With emojis.”
  • A week of content: “Make me a 7-day posting plan with each day’s text ready.”

Images, music and video (upload a photo or use an AI with images)

  • Product in use:[Upload photo] Show this [product] in a realistic photo, in use by [a family at a party]. Professional.”
  • Packaged and labeled:[Upload photo] Show it packaged, with a label that says [my brand], ready to sell.”
  • Service / before and after:[Upload before photo] Show me how it would look after my [cleaning…] service. Realistic.”
  • Jingle: “Lyrics for a catchy jingle for [my business] that says [what I sell], cheerful and in a warm, friendly local tone, and the music style.” (music: Gemini · MaiMusic · Suno)
  • Video: “Idea for a 15-sec video for [my product]: what’s shown in each scene, the on-screen text and a closing line.” (video: Gemini · aiVideo.rocks)

Plan and grow

  • Marketing plan (1 page): “…who I sell to, on which networks, what I post each week and 3 ideas for customers.”
  • Short business plan: “…what I sell, my costs, my price, how much to sell a month and what I need.”
  • Support / funding application: “…explain my business, what I need the money for, how much and how I’d use it. Formal.”
  • Letter: “A letter [of application / thanks] to [whom] about [topic]. Formal and brief.”

Your business advisor (converse with her)

  • Advisor: “Be my business advisor: ask me questions one at a time and at the end give me a report with what to improve and actions in order of importance. Start.”
  • Gap analysis: “Gap analysis of [my business]: compare with best practices and tell me what I’m missing and the action to close it.”
  • Opportunities: “Opportunities for [my trade] in [my area]: what people need, what season is coming and 5 concrete ideas.”
  • Devil’s advocate: “Be my devil’s advocate with [my idea]: what could go wrong, what I’m overlooking and 3 risks. Don’t flatter me.”

Honesty first: the “before/after” shots and generated images are samples to inspire and attract, never to deceive.

AI for Your Professional Growth

Smart people and entrepreneurs — how to use AI, from your phone and for free, to grow your trade and your income

Workshop · Social Impact Program — Smoother Experiences by aiLearning.global (CEMI) In collaboration with Supérate (Directorate of Social Development, Government of the Dominican Republic) and KOICA. Facilitator: Carlos Miranda Levy — Coordinator of CEMI’s Enhanced Intelligences Audience: 41 women graduates of Baking, Beauty, Sewing, Elderly Care, Bread-making and Basic Sales, participants in KOICA’s entrepreneurship program. Date and place: Thursday, July 30, 2026, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM · Community Empowerment Center, Favidrio, San Cristóbal. Duration: 2 hours, hands-on and interactive. Language: English, plain language.

Facilitator’s script. Warm, close and empowering tone (learner-first canon). Every capability comes with a ready-to-copy prompt — show it live and fill in the [brackets] with a real participant’s case. The prompts are starting points: remind them they can improve them and converse with the AI to fine-tune them. There are more prompts than fit in 2 hours: pick the ones that resonate most with the group; the rest stays as reference material. No made-up figures.

1. WELCOME · (~12 min)

[SLIDE 1 — Cover] Good morning. What a joy to be here, in San Cristóbal, with you.

[SLIDE 2 — "You are already entrepreneurs"] Before we talk about AI: you are already entrepreneurs. You already have a trade people pay for. That’s the hard part, and you already have it. Today we’re handing you one more tool to grow that trade.

[SLIDE 3 — "The blacksmith in my family"] My grandfather was a blacksmith — so well known that people came from other towns, on horseback, to have him shoe their horses. The automobile arrived and his trade changed. Tools change; talent and the will to learn do not. Today the new tool is AI; the talent, you already have. (Validated anecdote: do not invent dates or details.)

2. THE GREAT LEVELING · (~13 min)

[SLIDE 4 — "Before, a team. Today, your phone."] Before, looking professional took money and a team; a small business couldn’t afford it and stayed small.

[SLIDE 5 — "AI is the great leveling"] With a phone and a free AI, one person competes on quality with big businesses. It’s not for “tech people”: it’s for you. If you know how to send a WhatsApp, you can use AI.

[SLIDE 6 — "What is it, in simple terms?"] An assistant that knows a little about everything, never gets tired and is available at any hour. It doesn’t do the work for you: it helps you do it better. The special touch is yours.

3. HOW DO I START? · (~10 min)

[SLIDE 7 — "In 3 steps"]

  1. Download the app, free. Look for ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude — or go to chatgpt.com / gemini.google.com / claude.ai. No card required.
  2. Open it and type. Where it says “Type a message,” talk to it like a WhatsApp.
  3. Read and keep chatting. If you didn’t like it, tell it what to change. You’re already using AI.

[Interactive: open the app live and have a participant type the first message.]

4. YOUR TRADE + AI — a prompt for each one · (~28 min)

[SLIDE 8 — Divider] Examples that are yours, ready to copy. They’re starting points: improve them and converse with the AI. [For each trade: read the prompt, ask for a real case and fill it in live.]

[SLIDE 9 — Baking and bread-making] Sell: “I’m a baker in [your town] and I make [tres leches] to order. Write me 3 short WhatsApp status posts that sell it for a birthday. In a warm, friendly local tone, with 1 emoji.” Price: “Help me price a cake for [8 servings]. My costs: […]. I want to earn without being expensive. Explain it to me in simple steps.”

[SLIDE 10 — Beauty] “I’m a stylist in [your town]. Write me: (1) a friendly message to confirm an appointment, and (2) a ‘2-for-1 manicure’ promo for this week.” Trick: ask for “shorter” / “more cheerful.”

[SLIDE 11 — Sewing] “A client far away wants a dress. Explain to her step by step how to measure her bust, waist and hips with a tape measure. In a warm, friendly local tone.” Then: “make me the quote” / “3 design ideas.”

[SLIDE 12 — Elderly care] “Write me my profile for caring for older adults. I have [3 years] and I know how to […]. Make it inspire the family’s trust. Short, for WhatsApp.” Extra: “give me 5 interview questions with good answers.”

[SLIDE 13 — Sales] “A description that sells this [handbag: color, material, price], and 3 friendly replies for when they say ‘it’s too expensive,’ without sounding pushy.”

[SLIDE 14 — "Everything from your phone, free."]

5. THE SECRET — how to ask it well · (~16 min)

[SLIDE 15] AI gives you a good or a weak answer depending on how you ask. Golden rule: it’s only as good as what you tell it.

[SLIDE 16 — "Give it context: 4 things"] 1) Who you are · 2) Who it’s for · 3) What you want · 4) What you’re like.

[SLIDE 17 — "Same request, different result"] [Demo.] Weak: “Write me some text to sell a cake” → generic. With context: the same with the 4 things → personal and it sells.

[SLIDE 18 — "Three more tricks"] Give it an example of yours · converse (ask for “shorter,” “in a warm, friendly local tone”) · ask for several options (“give me 3 options and I’ll choose”).

[SLIDE 19 — "The other secret"] And the golden trick, with its own slide: ask it to question you first. “Before you answer, ask me all the questions you need to give me the best possible answer, made to my measure.” AI stops guessing: it interviews you and personalizes. It’s the bridge to “AI as an advisor.” [Demonstrate it live.]

[SLIDE 20 — "Metaprompts: prompts that write prompts"] One more secret: if you don’t know what to ask or how to ask it, ask the AI to help you write the prompt. “Help me write the best prompt to achieve [what I want]; ask me questions if you’re missing information and when it’s ready, run it.” Or: “Improve this request: [paste your attempt].” You converse until it’s fine-tuned and then you tell it “now, do it.”

6. HANDS ON · (~15 min)

[SLIDE 21 — "Your WhatsApp catalog"] “Help me build my catalog: a list with a name, a mouth-watering line and a price, 1 emoji per product. Here they are: […].” Then: “a welcome message.” [Do it live with a participant.]

[SLIDE 22 — "Five things to start today"] Profile · catalog · prices · posts · replies.

7. SELL AND GROW MORE WITH AI · (~22 min)

Everything that used to require a designer, a marketer or a photographer. Teach it as a menu of possibilities; demonstrate 2 or 3 live.

[SLIDE 23 — "Flyers, offers and promos"] Flyer: “Write me the text for a flyer for [my product]: an eye-catching headline, 3 reasons to buy from me, my contact [phone] and a closing that invites. And describe a nice image for the flyer.” Promo: “Create me a promotion for this week: a catchy name, what’s included, price and until when. For the WhatsApp status.” · And ask it for a combo of two products.

[SLIDE 24 — "Posts that attract customers"] “Write me 5 posts for Instagram and Facebook that sell [my product]: hook, benefit and a call to WhatsApp. With emojis.” · “Make me a 7-day posting plan with each day’s text.” · When they comment “price?”: “Give me 3 replies that lead to a WhatsApp sale.”

[SLIDE 25 — "A jingle for your business"] “Write me the lyrics of a catchy jingle for [my business] that says [what I sell]. Cheerful, in a warm, friendly local tone, and describe the music style.” Then turn it into a song with Gemini, MaiMusic or Suno.

[SLIDE 26 — "A short video that sells"] “Make me the idea for a 15-second video for [my product]: what’s shown in each scene, the on-screen text and a closing line. Describe each scene.” Create it with Gemini / aiVideo.rocks, or film it with your phone following the script.

[SLIDE 27 — "Photos that win hearts, from a photo of yours"] (Upload a photo of your product.) “Show this [product] in a realistic photo, being enjoyed by [a family at a party].” · “Show it packaged and with a label that says [my brand].” Use an AI with images (ChatGPT/Gemini) and iterate.

[SLIDE 28 — "Show your service in images"] (Upload a photo.) “Generate a realistic image of [me / my team] providing the service of [my service] to a happy customer.” · “[Before photo] Show me how it would look after my [cleaning] service.” Honesty: the “after” is a sample of what can be achieved, not a deception.

[SLIDE 29 — "Plans, letters and applications"] Marketing plan (1 page): “…who I sell to, on which networks, what I post each week and 3 ideas for customers.” Short business plan: “…what I sell, my costs, my price, how much to sell a month and what I need.” Support/funding application: “…explain my business, what I need the money for, how much and how I’d use it. Formal.” (Useful for microcredit and programs like Supérate.) Letter: “Write me a letter [of application/thanks] to [whom] about [topic]. Formal and brief.”

8. AI AS YOUR ADVISOR · (~15 min)

The big leap: going from “I ask for something and it answers” to conversing with an advisor who diagnoses and delivers actions.

[SLIDE 30 — Divider: "You don't just ask. You converse."] You can turn AI into your business advisor: have it question you, understand how you’re doing and give you a report with actions.

[SLIDE 31 — "A conversation that leaves you a plan"] “I want you to be my business advisor. Ask me questions one at a time about my business; when you have enough, give me a report with what I do well, 3 things to improve and a list of actions in order of importance. Start with the first question.” [Do it LIVE — the effect is huge.] Focus it on prices, sales, accounts or the plan to grow.

[SLIDE 32 — "Gap analysis"] “Do me a gap analysis of [my business/brand/service]. Compare with best practices and give me a table: what I do, what I’m missing and the action to close each gap, in order.” Explain that the gap analysis reveals invisible opportunities and brings in best practices.

[SLIDE 33 — "Opportunities in your market"] “Find opportunities for [my trade] in [my area]: what people here need, what season is coming, what the competition doesn’t offer, and 5 concrete ideas.” And adapt the offer to your public and their pocket.

[SLIDE 34 — "AI as devil's advocate"] “Be my devil’s advocate with [my idea]: what could go wrong, what I’m overlooking and the 3 biggest risks. Don’t flatter me.” AI tends to agree with you; ask it to criticize you before you risk your money.

9. CLOSING · (~14 min)

[SLIDE 35 — "Something in hand"] May you leave with a text, a profile, a price you can use tomorrow.

[SLIDE 36 — "That time, invest it"] AI saves time: use it to grow and also for yourselves (rest, family). Don’t just do the same thing faster.

[SLIDE 37 — "Three cautions"] AI makes mistakes (check) · protect your customers’ private data · don’t lose your voice. What makes you different makes you better.

[SLIDE 38 — "For your trade, there's already a program"] At aiLearning.global → Economic Inclusion (several in pilot with Supérate): My Business on WhatsApp · Stylist, Barber and Manicurist · Seamstress and Tailor · Professional Caregiver · Finance and Fair Pricing · My First Résumé.

[SLIDE 39 — "You can do it."] The greatest technology fits in your phone and speaks your language. You already have the talent; AI makes it reach further.

[SLIDE 40 — Thank you + QR] Scan for the workshop page. Thank you for your work and for letting me accompany you. Let’s grow!

NOTES FOR THE FACILITATOR

  • Show every prompt live and fill the [brackets] with real cases. The “wow” happens when they see their own product/service improved on screen.
  • Remind them that the prompts are starting points: they get better by conversing with the AI.
  • Images, music and video require an AI with that capability (ChatGPT/Gemini for images; Gemini/MaiMusic/Suno for music; Gemini/aiVideo.rocks for video). Adjust expectations to what’s available.
  • Honesty: the “before/after” shots and renders are samples to inspire and attract, never to deceive.
  • Tools (free, mobile): ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude (app or web), WhatsApp. Don’t ask for cards or payments.
  • Dignity, not pity: they are entrepreneurs with a trade; AI adds to their talent.

How to use artificial intelligence — from your phone and for free — to grow your trade, your business and your income.

Short description (~50 words)

A warm, hands-on workshop for entrepreneurs: how to use AI, from your phone and for free, to sell your trade better — writing your posts, building your WhatsApp catalog, setting fair prices and serving your customers. AI is the great leveling: your talent, reaching further.

Long description (~130 words)

With just a phone and a free artificial intelligence, an entrepreneur today can do what used to require a whole team: texts that sell, a professional catalog, well-calculated prices, social media posts and friendly replies to customers. We call that the great leveling.

In this workshop, Carlos Miranda Levy (CEMI · aiLearning.global) guides the graduates of KOICA and Supérate’s entrepreneurship program to use AI for their trade — baking, beauty, sewing, care, bread-making, sales — with a simple method: give it context, keep your voice and leave with something useful in hand. Without jargon, in plain language, and with the care that what makes you different makes you better. AI doesn’t replace your talent: it takes it further.

What participants take away

By the end, each participant will be able to:

  1. Understand AI without fear — what it is, what it’s good for in her trade, and why it’s within her reach.
  2. Ask AI well — give it context (who you are, who it’s for, what you want, what you’re like), give examples and converse.
  3. Produce something useful today — a professional profile, a WhatsApp catalog, a fair price, a post or replies for customers.
  4. Use it with care — verify (you’re in charge), protect private data and keep your voice.
  5. Keep learning for free — with the Economic Inclusion programs of aiLearning.global from your phone.
